That Unfinished Song of Our Love…

The past imperfect tense, maybe???

We’d, left this love of ours, deserted, by the side of the road, and gone our, separate ways…and this love that’s, deserted by us both became, an unfinished song.

That unfinished song of our love, never got to see its completion, because we’d, broken up, before the song was ever, completely, written. That unfinished song of our love, do you still, recall it? ‘Cuz I can vaguely, because, the love I’d, felt toward you, faded out slowly by the day, and it’d been, over TEN years since we said our hellos and goodbyes!

looks something, like this, maybe???  Photo from online…an unfinished love song 的圖片結果

That unfinished song of our love, it’d, sounded, cacophonous (look THAT up!!!), sounded so dissonant, like the works of those modern day composers (I still don’t get modern music…), and, nothing about this love of ours makes any sense, I’m still, trying, to wrap my head around, how the love that got started, so innocently, can turn, so bad, so quick???

That unfinished song of our love, let’s just, leave it as is, and, drop it right where we’d, left it, ‘cuz I’m, gone, and got NO plans whatsoever, to look back again!

That unfinished song of our love, we’d started, singing our separate parts, separately, it’d, sounded okay, but together, it’d sounded like, noise, and knowing how I HATE the loud noises, I’d, ripped up that staff paper which I’d written my part on………
