A woman from Hsinchu who’d filed for a restraining order a FOURTH time was seriously injured by her husband with an iron rod, he’d beaten her up; the D.A.’s offices charged him with attempted murder. The courts believed, that the couple started arguing on the matter of cleaning up the dishes after the meals, that it’d caused Chuang to get angry and hurt his own wife, that the intent for serious harm or even, attempted murder can be proven, and charged Chuang with physical bodily injuries and sentenced him to ten months in prison.
The sixty-one year-old man, Chuang last July was displeased at how his wife hadn’t done the dishes after a meal, he’d beaten her up with an iron bat. The son saw heard his mother cried out in pain, he’d gone up to stop and blocked his own father from attacking his mother, and told his father to GET the HELL out of their home with his mother.
After Chuang left his residence, his wife who’d suffered a head injury was taken to the hospitals, and stayed in the hospitals for TEN days before she was allowed to leave, and she’d sued her husband for attempted murder; and the Hsinchu’s D.A.s Office also charged Chuang with attempted murder.
In the trials, Chuang told the judge, that his wife didn’t do the dishes, and told their son, to kick him out of the house, that he was, displeased about it, which was what led him to attack her. He’d stressed, that he’d not intended to KILL his wife.
The legal counsel also stated, that the two of them weren’t interacting well, they’re in the process of getting a divorce in court, that they’d, split up the assets, that although Chuang did hit his wife, but didn’t target the head, or other vital areas, that Chuang’s wife’s accusations were, exaggerated.
And, this man SHOULD be charged with ATTEMPTED murder, and get LOCKED away for good, and yet, because he had NO “intentions” of murdering his wife, he’d only, “smacked” her a bit, and so, this didn’t constitute as ATTEMPTED murder, and the judge agreed, wow, you MUST be a D-I-N-O-S-A-U-R, and, after this particular punishment of a SLAP on his wrists, how the FUCK do you expect the battered women in the futures, to be able to stand UP for themselves, ‘cuz apparently, the laws, well, they are NOT on the “victims’” sides………
