A five-months-old infant boy, Chen had, stopped breathing two evenings ago, he was rushed to the hospitals, but still died, as the police investigated his death, they’d accidentally found, that his own mother didn’t show, because there was a warrant on her arrest on drugs, but the D.A. already sent out a warrant for her arrest, and at the autopsy of the infant boy, she was, arrested.; but the D.A.’s office had, decided to allow Chen to attend her own young son’s funeral, to see her own young off, then, to report to the Hsinchu’s D.A.’s offices.
The twenty-four-year-old unwed mother, Chen in Hsinchu, looked after her own five-months-old son and four year old daughter on her own, in the daytime while she’s away at work, the children were left under the care of their grandmother, Chen, the infant that died was a premature, was not in good health conditions, he was also infected with a parasitic worn, and had the scabs from it all over his body.
Two evenings ago at around eleven, Chen found that her son had, stopped breathing in the baby carriage, she’d immediately performed CPR on him, waited until the firefighters, the paramedics took over, the young boy’s life still wasn’t spared, and Chen cried endlessly over it.
And so, this, is once again, due to the NEGLIGENCE of the mother of this young child, but the judge was kind enough, to not take this woman into custody, because the judge believed that it would be, necessary for the woman, to give her son a proper burial, and this is just the kinder side of the law.
