The Blood, the Tears of the Victims……His Dreams of Having a Theatre, Shattered, His Girlfriend Broke Up with Him Because of It, Someone on His Deathbed Still Hollered Out, “Give Me Back My Money”…
“My dreams of building a theatre, crushed, my world is on the verge of collapse now…” “I’d lost my multi-million dollars’ worth of savings, I’d wanted to commit suicide by leaping off a building”, “My girlfriend with whom I’m thinking about proposing to, broke up with me………”, these are, the confessions, written in BLOOD, they were, the “victims of the money laundering scams”. Each of these cases had had, over thousands being victimized, some had, lost their life’s savings, some, on their deathbeds, whispered, “give me my money back…”, as the families cried.
The Indonesian merchant ring, “the Millennium Group’s” Taiwanese C.E.O., Chen was accused of illegally scamming $52 billion N.T.s, there were, at LEAST 2,500 victims, two years ago in January, he was indicted by the Kaohsiung’s D.A.s offices on breaking the banking laws, he’d escaped to abroad, had an active arrest warrant on him. Last November, the Detective Agency was able to extradite him back here, and their investigations found, that while all his victims were suffering, he was staying at high-end hotels in Indonesia.
Wu (age 45) who’d worked in the drama industries for years on end, had the dream of buying a chunk of land, to build his own theatre. In 2013, by a friend’s introductions, he’d poured all the money he’d earned for his theatre into the Millennium Group’s account, later on, he’d learned, that he’d been, scammed, lost a total of $13 million N.T. with his ex-wife, all the money he’d saved up from years before, reduced to naught, it’d made him suicidal.
Wu said, that he’d invested, because he wanted to make more money to build a theatre, and he and his troupe, saved up everything they possibly could, to make their dreams come true, but, everybody’s dreams went bust, his world collapsed, and, he’d not dared, tell the members of his troupe what they’d lost.
“The loss in money we can make again, but, these investments are, our dreams…”, Wu told, he’s no longer young, how much energies does he have, to perform, he’d wanted to quit, but for the sake of his troupe, he can only, keep going, he really doesn’t know what he is to do now.
A woman, Pan (age 49) in Kaohsiung, was also scammed by the Millennium Group, as a manager working in insurance, he’d worked for over thirty years, she planned to retire in a couple of years, but, was scammed close to two hundred million dollars, and her savings reduced to only a couple of thousand dollars overnight, her dreams of retirement burst, and now, she didn’t have the money to her surgery on her spinal cord, as she’d, sustained an injury.
Pan said, at the start of the investment, because she’d gotten the interests paid on time, her parents and younger brother saw, and also put in their savings, the whole family had invested nearly $80million N.T.’s total, and just last March, they were notified, that they were, victims of the scam; her father fell ill last July, and on his death bed, he’d called out, “Give me my money back”
Pan said, that her family had lost a lot of money because of her, and everybody blamed her, but the sales agent who’d introduced her to invest had, dodged her endlessly, and this heavy burden had, caused her want to leap off of a building, but, she’d thought, that if, she’d killed herself, she’d be, letting the scam artists off easy, but from the other victims, she’d heard, that someone had, committed suicide by burning charcoal because of the money lost to the scams.
And so, this, is the consequences, of the scam ring’s bad actions, there are, so many victims, and it’s all due to GREED, because they fell for the CHEAPEST TRICK in the book, that you don’t need to work at all, and you get your pay-offs, without knowing, that life does NOT work that way, you get what you worked for…
