A man, Yen at the end of 2014, tricked a bargirl, Wu, that he’d wanted to spend New Year’s Eve with her, Wu put up two days of her charges for being taken out of the pub of $29,000N.T.s, and, before the countdown to the New Year, she’d lent Yen another $22,000N.T.s, but after Yen had the money, he’d left, it’d, ruined Wu’s originally perfect night. The two of them met up two years ago, Wu called the police on him, and the Kaohsiung District Court found Yen guilty on TWO charges of fraud, sentenced him to five years, and he can pay the $150,000N.T. to not serve the time. And the courts took the $51,000N.T. he’d made illegally, and gave it back to Wu.

The verdict pointed out, that Wu and Yen met up online, Yen learned that Wu worked in a pub; as 2014 came to an end, Yen invited Wu using LINE, said he was going to spend New Year’s Eve with her, that he would take her out for both New Year’s Eve and the day after that. Wu thought she’d met someone who’s going to help her out, after she’d paid the fees out of her own pockets; on the night of December 30th, she’d met up with Yen at midnight; that very evening, Wu took Yen home to spend the night.

On New Year’s Eve the following night at eight, Yen told Wu that his friend is in desperate need of money, borrowed $20,000N.T. from her, but, left Wu’s place and never came back; Wu felt taken, that she’d lost money and her body on New Year’s Eve, through various ways, she’d attempted to find Yen, but Yen had dodged her repeatedly; until one day in March of 2016, the two of them bumped into each other at the intersection of Chang-An W. Road and Tai-Yuan Road. Wu recognized him right away, and called the police immediately.

As the police interrogated Yen, he’d admitted to what he’d done, but hadn’t reached a settlement with Wu; the judge believed that Wu lied about taking Wu for two days, that he’d gained money from her via fraudulent behaviors, and escaped after he took the money from her, and he was guilty of fraud and theft, and gave him three months for each charges, and he will serve a full five months in prison, and he can pay the fines of $150,000N.T., and confiscated the entire sum that Yen didn’t pay the woman in sum of $51,000N.T.s.

And so, this, is still the bad behavior of a LOSER, he’d tricked the woman into believing, that he was going to pay for her time spent with him, but he didn’t, and this woman, either that she’s too desperate or whatever, otherwise, why the HELL would someone sell herself like that? But, the man was found guilty and he will now, PAY for his bad actions!
