Murder, for money, and this perp deserved the DEATH sentence all right!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
An unemployed man, Liu was suspected of hammering down a retired female instructor’s head to rob her and killed her, on the first and second trials, the courts found him guilty for murder and sentenced him to death, the Highest Courts tossed back the appeals, the Kaohsiung Appeals Court believed, that to this day, Liu had been serving his sentence, had shown NO signs of remorse, and they don’t expect him to change, that having him serve a life sentence would be an injustice, sentenced him to DEATH yesterday, and stripped him of any possibilities of his government positions, and this decision can still be appealed.
On the appeals of the first trial, the Collectivist Court believed, that the retired female instructor was 59 years of age, and if Liu had only wanted to get away with her car, there wouldn’t be a need for bashing her head over a dozen times, and as he’d left the car, he’d locked the doors, to prevent outside help to come to the woman, which showed his intent for murder.
And, in the broad daylight, Liu murdered someone whom he’d never met before, in such a horrid manner, the judges of the Collectivist Court felt shocked and heart wrenched, and Liu didn’t even try to make it up to the families, there’s, no forgiving his crime.
The Collectivist Courts believed, that Liu had served two years for fraud before, and three years after his release, he’d committed fraud again, and up to this point, since he’d murdered the retired school teacher, he’d continued on in his own silence, aloof mannerisms, there’s no change in his attitudes, which showed that keeping him incarcerated had no effects in reforming him, there’s need, for him to get separated from the rest of the general public.
The verdict pointed out, that Ji-Ming Liu (age 41), on December 3, 2014, in the public parking lots of Zuoying’s Hello Marketplace, followed the retired teacher, he’d made his way into her car with a hammer, bashed her head up, and took the two thousand in cash she had on her, then, locked his victim inside the car from the outside, and the teacher suffered fourteen serious blows to the head, causing her death.
On the first trial, although Liu showed his intent of writing a letter of apology to the families, and how he believed he deserved the harshest of all sentences, but the Collectivist Courts believed, that the methods he’d taken to commit the murders showed absolutely NO humanity whatsoever, there’s no chance in reforming him, and so, they’d given him the death penalty, and the second trial maintained the rulings, but the Highest Courts tossed back the rulings, and stated there’s a need for a retrial.
And so, what MORE evidence would you need, huh? This man had, so brutally murdered someone who was unknown to him, to ROB her of her money, and the courts are still, giving this murderer at the chance of a retrial? Where’s the justice in that, huh???
