How intense these memories of being bullied, can affect someone, as she grows older, and gets out of the environment, from the news of Yahoo!.com.tw, translated, by me…

The Taipei’s First All-Girls’ High School is very prestigious, that it’s almost, every girl’s dreams to get into. For the parents, they’d felt, extremely proud, when their daughters get accepted. But a short while ago, a former student from the school disclosed, that during her three years, studying in the all-star high school, behind the glows of the halos, there’s, enormous amount of pressure. She’d told, that it’s been, six years since she’d, graduated, and she’s still, having nightmares about her high school days, when she would feel, overwhelmed by a ton of pressures.

The woman posted on Dcard, that although she’d started working two years ago, she’d started, having nightmares of how she couldn’t finish her homework assignments back in high school, how she was, taunted, by her former classmates, how in gym class, nobody would practice with her, back then, she’d felt she “had nothing,” “like I don’t exist”. And the pressures, tagged along behind her. Sometimes, she’d, waken up from her nightmares, and mistook herself as being asleep on that same bed she’d slept in back in high school.

how it’d, felt…phoot from online…

She’d stated, that her three years of high school had, deeply impacted her personality, made her felt compelled, to compare herself to everybody else, other than the looks, she’d also, compared the jobs her and her cohort held, the amount of money they’d made, this had, made her feel awful. Although she knew, that it’s not healthy, for her, to keep on, comparing herself with others, but, the need to compare had, set up root inside of her mind already.

And, this was, an awful experience in high school this young woman had, experienced and even though now, she’s an adult, she still can’t, quite get rid of her memories of high school, and those years had, impacted her so deeply, that it’s, affected her life since high school, and, by writing about it, she’s, on the slow process of, healing from the bad memories of her high school years…
