The woman did report him to the police previously, and it still wasn’t prevented, this attempted murder! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
The college student Chen last month tailed his younger schoolmate, back then, she’d entered into the Banciao traffic police station for help, Chen became violent at the door of the station, attempted to prevent her from entering; the police said, that they’d asked if she wanted to press charges, she didn’t, so they’d sent her home first, then, called Chen’s parents, and Chen told them, “I am just really into her!”
On the eighth of last month, the woman walked quickly into the Banciao Traffic Police substation, pointed toward Chen behind her said, “This guy’s been stalking me since my first year of high school, and as I came in here to report it, he’d attempted to muffle me up by grabbing me, covering my mouth.”, the police told Chen, “This, constitutes as a forced behavior offense!”, Chen looked at the officers on duty, stated, “I didn’t mean it”.
The officer on duty, Chang asked their relationships, the female student told, “We’re not friends, he’d hit on me on the MRT from the start”, Chang asked if she wanted to press charges, she refused, and not filed a complaint on Chen either, said, that if similar things happen again, then, she will take measures to sue him, and then, left to go home shortly thereafter.
Based off of understanding, Chen had been stalking the woman these past few years, and the female student once wrote on FB: “We’re just strangers”, “Even if ALL men died and you’re the only one left, I still wouldn’t like you.”
On the same night, Chen’s parents came, and the two of them looked very steady, told the officers, that they will keep their son in line, and because the woman didn’t press charges, the police only took down the basic information, and not alerted the school.
And so, because this woman did NOT press charges, that, was what caused her to get STABBED in the necks, but, had she taken a restraining order out on him, it’d probably wouldn’t have been effective either, because this LOSER is possessive and a stalker, and, he’d cracked in the end, and attempted to murder her.
