The man, Chuang was suspected of murdering his cohabiting partner’s four-year-old young daughter, two evenings about, he and the mother of the child had dumped the four-year-old’s body at the hospitals. Chuang told, that only this time, the discipline went too far with the iron bats. But the police found, that Chuang had three times beaten the young child badly, she’d suffered a puncture from her broken femur into her knee caps. Yesterday, the police charged Chuang on abuse to death, as the Hsinbei D.A.s offices interrogated him, they’d asked the courts to mandate custody, and the courts allowed; Chuang’s mother was booked on suspicions of disposing of the body.
The district attorney’s went to the autopsy, and found that the right femur of the young girl was completely broken, that she must’ve painstakingly tried moving around, and that, was when the fractured bone penetrated through her skin. There were kick marks on the child’s abdomen, and up to a hundred markings of abuse at least, some of the wounds had already started ulcerating and decayed. The young child’s skin was suspected of losing elasticity, due to malnutrition, causing her eyes to remain open a long time after she’d died.
The Hsinbei Social Services Department stated, that Mrs. Chiu after being sent to prison on the 25th of last month, the social workers received the call from the police, but the address that Chiu gave them wasn’t a fake, and claimed that the child is safe, so they couldn’t start the search for the four-year-old then, they feel awful of the occurrence of this tragedy.
The police investigation showed, that Chiu started serving her jail term, and left her young daughter in the care of her cohabiting boyfriend, Chuang (age 24). Chuang believed that the child had too many cavities, that she’d lost her ability to chew her food, and wouldn’t eat, and he’d disciplined her using thick iron rods, beaten her around the mouth and her buttocks. As Chuang and his mother tried to wake up the young child two days ago, they’d found that she’d died, rushed her to the hospital.
Chuang’s mother claimed that they didn’t have any money, that was why they didn’t take her into the hospitals, and can only use the traditional treatment measures, using the hibiscus leaves, cooking it into an ointment, apply it on to the child’s wounds, to alleviate the pains; but they’d failed to sterilize the wound, causing it to become infected, making it even worse.
On the sixth of this month, the Social Services Department of Hsinbei City finally found Chuang’s mother, and two more times after that, they’d not reached her again, and they’d started ambushing her home, but, didn’t work; they’d also asked the man in charge of the local borough to get to her, but ever time they’d made a date, Chuang’s mother always used the excuses of “We all went home down south”, “Something came up”, as her excuses.
So, apparently, this mother was covering for her son, because she didn’t want her baby boy, who’d BEATEN a CHILD to DEATH to pay for what he’d done, and it’s because of BAD parents like her, that, is why her son behaved so awfully, because the apples still grow on the trees! And, this child still died, in a very awful manner, because the help came too late………
