Taking it out, on someone who’s only, in the WRONG PLACE AT the wrong time!!!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Yeh got into a loud argument around the midnight hours of the 10th with his separated wife, the member of the homeowner’s association, Fang who lived above his floor came to him, to tell him to stop yelling; Yeh was displeased, he’d carried a gun to the stand where Fang did his business, and shot three people, then made his escape, early morning yesterday, the police went southbound and arrested him, and charged him with attempted murder, and other charges.

Yeh claimed, that he was in a foul mood, that, was what made him open fire, and stressed how he’d been fighting with his own life long-term, was in a bad mood, and had attempted suicide because of it.  But he’d evaded the questions on where the gun came from, and pointed how he’d tossed the gun into the river by the Yuanshan Riverside Park, and the police went to fish it out, to confirm where the weapon went.

The police investigated, that Yeh (age 40) wasn’t getting along well with his wife, that recently, he’d moved to his residence on Jingzhou Street.  At three in the morning on the tenth of this month, he started a verbal altercation with his wife on the phones, the neighbors had enough, and called up the homeowner’s board, Fang (age 63), Fang went up to Yeh’s residence, to get him to quiet down, and they’d left each other on a sour note.

Yeh immediately took his gun downstairs to Fang’s food stand, and, without another word, SHOT Fang in the stomach, Liu (age 29), an employee, another employee, Liu (age 34) in the backs, the three were rushed to the hospital, and were out of critical condition.

The police went by the roster of the building, and zoomed in on Yeh, and found, that Yeh was selling food in Datong District with his family, that he had no other priors save for driving under the influence.  The police arrived at Yeh’s residence in Datong District, and, he wasn’t there, after his family heard what had happened, they’d told the officers, “he’d become out of control after he gets drunk, but had never done something so rash!”

The police reviewed over the surveillance, found that right after Yeh fired at the victims, he’d immediately rode the High-Speed Rail from Banciao to Kaohsiung, and called up his friend, Tsai, and lied that “I owe money and needed a place to hide for a while”.  After the police zoomed in on Tsai’s whereabouts, yesterday they’d arrived at Tsai’s residence in Zhuoying to arrest him, as Tsai saw the police, he’d asked, “Who are you?  What do you want?”, the police called out to Tsai, “Don’t get involved in this!”  Both men were brought back to Taipei; Tsai claimed that he didn’t know Yeh had shot someone, but was still charged with helping to hide a criminal.

And so, this still happened, because someone LOST emotional control, and this still just showed, how easily, a person can lose control, and shoot someone, and, he’d, attempted to escape, but at the end, he’d still, gotten caught!
