A man, Chen was accused of grabbing the breasts of a woman, “Ru” while riding on a motorcycle, speeding, the D.A. indicted him on sexual harassment charges. The judge used the identification made by the victim and the witnesses, that he’d only managed, to touch the woman’s collarbones, that he’d failed to attack her breasts, and although his behaviors are debatable, and he deserved to get warned, but it didn’t constitute as sexual harassment by the law’s definitions, and found him not guilty.
The judge pointed out, that laws against sexual harassment meant touching private areas such as the buttocks, the breasts, as for shoulders, and waists, it’s, hard to define these areas as “private”.
Based off of the testimonies of the victim and witnesses, Chen touched the woman’s collarbone, not the breasts, so, it didn’t constitute as “sexual harassment”.
Chen (age 30), on April 9th of last year, rode his heavy motorcycle toward Wure, as he’d passed through the intersection of Huanzhong and the bypass, he saw Ru (a false name) riding her motorcycle, waiting for the turn at the bypass.
Chen rode up to “Ru”, then suddenly, extended his arms, and touched the victim on the left side of her breasts, then, made his escape, the victim felt sick and insulted, and Wang who was a passerby, saw the whole thing, he’d made a note of Chen’s license plate, and reported it to the police, and the police found him, the D.A. charged him on sexual harassment.
The judge stressed, that the case fitted the civil suit’s infringement claims, but it’d not fitted the requirements of sexual harassment.
Yeah uh, apparently, this god DAMN judge needs to get HIS head EXAMINED! Hello, hello, hello??? This LOSER apparently had EVERY intention of sexually harassing or molesting this woman, and yet, because he didn’t touch where he’d “hoped” to, only brushed up against her collarbone, that, is why he was found, NOT guilty? This is a gray area, and, after this, I’m sure, that there would be, even MORE losers who will be, attempting to WEASEL their ways out of being punished because of this “precedence”…
