A Man Went to the Technology University to Commit Suicide, the Students Saw Him Leap Off and Kill Himself

News of death, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man who lived alone in Taichung, Lu went to the information technology building of Taichung University of Technology, killed himself by leaping off the building.  The students who bore witness to how Lu died started screaming loudly; the police found on Lu a note that said, “I am ending my own life, do NOT resuscitate me” on Lu, but it didn’t say why he wanted to kill himself, after the police and coroner examined the facts, they’d released Lu’s body back to his relatives.

The police investigated, that Lu (age 45) was the only son of his family, didn’t have a stable job, because his wife took his children to live with his in-laws, he’d lived alone, close to the Taichung Technical University in the city of Taichung, and he needed money for his life from his own mother.

At around ten in the morning when Lu leapt off the building, there were students who witness the whole thing, they’d started screaming very loudly; and because the location where Lu landed was a place a lot of students passed by, a small portion of the students who witness how Lu died, were so shocked they couldn’t manage a single word out.

As the police went to visit Lu’s place, someone told the officers, that Lu seemed to often suspect, that someone was following him, and told someone was, out to get him.  The families found no reason to contest the results of his death after the autopsy by the coroner’s office.

So it seemed, that this man may have been schizophrenic, with paranoid delusions, and, the way he’d chosen, to end his own life, was really awful, especially for the witnesses in the campus of the university.
