Life, the Obstacle Course

Maybe, a Poem

Found on a carton of a drink, translated by me…

Life is a Multiple-Choice Test

I’d Decided, to Wish Upon a Shooting Star

But, Failed, to Realize that It’s Falling Down

At a Better Location

the contemplations of life…not my photo…

I’d Decided to Shelter You Underneath My Umbrella

But Forgotten How

You’d Worried Incessantly, of How I’m Walking in the Rain

I’d Never Even Thought

Just Believed, that After the Blooms

Come the Waiting Period

For the Goodbyes

Treating it Like, Nothing Ever Happened

We’d Both Miscalculated that

Precision, is the Result We Both

Wanted

So, these, are the miscalculations of love, love doesn’t work out the way we planned it to, it works out, as it’s, supposed to, and yet, this is still, all in hindsight, after this walk in the rain that we’d shared, at least, we can say, that we both knew ourselves, a little bit better than before…
