The Retired School Teacher Was a Repeated Offender, He’d Begged the Judge to Sentence Him Leniently, But the Judge Wouldn’t

Here, we have a REPEATED OFFENDER, who got off, on just a SLAP on the wrists, because he’d admitted to what he’d done, and carried a “good” attitude (Whatever THAT means!!!) after he was caught, and considering how he’s, an elderly now too, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A retired school teacher, Lin had sexually molested his friend’s young daughter FIVE times.  As the child went to school, she’d learned, that is behaviors were inappropriate.  As the case busted open, although Lin had settled with the family of the victim, they’d agreed to not go after him in court, but, on the first trial, the judge found out that he had priors in sexually molesting adolescent girls, and, sentenced him to three-and-a-half years in prison on sexual molestation charges, and he can appeal to get his sentence reduced.

The verdict pointed out, that the victim girl, from September, 2011 to August, 2013, had been sexually molested FIVE times by her father’s friend who was a retired school teacher, Lin, back then, the child was only six to eight years of age, and didn’t have any idea of what’s considered as appropriate and not between a boy and a girl, let alone, about sexual intercourse.

The victim child claimed, “as he came to my house, he’d touched me, at the start, I didn’t know he wasn’t supposed to touch my breasts, later, because the teacher told us it wasn’t right, the last time he’d touched me, I’d, already, know, that he wasn’t supposed to, so I can tell dad, and, dad told him not to come to my house ever again.”

The verdict pointed out, that Lin, the retired school instructor who was friends with the child’s father, knew that the child was too young to understand, but took advantage of the visits to his friend’s house, and touched her from over her clothes, or put his hands inside the victim’s clothes and touched her, touched her breasts.

The judge considered, that Lin, the retired instructor was already elderly, and weakly with illnesses, and after his sexual molestation of the young girl, he’d admitted to it, and settled with the victim, and the victim and her family decided to not go after him for it either, and agreed to how the judge ruled.

The verdict pointed out, that Lin, took advantage when there was no one around, or how the victim was too innocence, too young to know any better, or couldn’t fight back because of fear, he’d forcibly sexually molested her, and caused her to be traumatized, and although he’d asked the judge to sentence him more leniently, but, considering he had a prior history of molesting teens sexually, he was given three and a half years in prison.

Wow, is this, disorderly or what?  This LOSER who couldn’t keep HIS hands to himself, only got three and a half years, for putting this young child through hell?  Simply because he’s already elderly, and he carried a “good attitude” after he did what he had, and was found?  Wow, where the F*** is the justice in that, huh???  Oh wait, there is N-O-N-E!
