These are, the years, of our transitions, from childhood, into adulthood, and no matter what happened during this, we all, ended up, burned…
An adolescent, bathed by fire, s/he started, walking the floors, without knowing, that there was, a gasoline spill there just before s/he walked into the room, nor did s/he foresee, that someone was, going to, lit up that match.
not my picture…
So, as s/he shuffled and dragged her/his feet, the trail of gasoline followed, then, KA-BOOM! Someone LIT up that match, and, this adolescent, although s/he saw the fire coming towards her/him, s/he couldn’t, get away in time, and so, s/he became, branded, by the markings of her/his own youth.
An adolescent, bathed by fire, and, the fire still, didn’t start as s/he entered into the teenage years, oh no, it’d, started, way before that, when s/he was, a young child!
An adolescent, bathed by fire, because, it’s, a part of growing up, and, how will you become regenerated, with a brand new life, if you don’t, get burned up first???
like this??? Not my illustration still…
