A man, Cheng led a gang in Keelung, Ruifang area, two years ago in September, he was displeased at how one of the gang members had, betrayed him, he’d told someone to hack the man to injury, and forced him to suck on the exhaust pipes of a car; the Keelung District Courts believed that the victim suffered bone-deep knife wounds, and had carbon monoxide poisoning from sucking the exhaust pipe, showing that Cheng used extreme measures of torture, sentenced him to nine years for attempted murder charges.
The police investigated, that Cheng (age 37) scheduled a meeting with a former gang member on September 28th, 2014, he and three others forcible took him to the harbors, and interrogated him on whether or not he was trying to betray them.
Cheng and his men took the watermelon knives, the gold clubs, the baseball bats as weapons, and beaten the man, and as he saw the man fell to the ground, he’d still, continually, hacked at him.
The verdict pointed out, that Cheng sat on the victim, and used a knife, and threatened the victim to suck on the exhaust pipes, then, told his girlfriend in the driver seat, to hit the gas, causing the victim to get dizzy for inhaling in carbon monoxide, the group originally planned to toss the victim into the oceans, but the patrolmen found them, and stopped it.
The courts considered how there’s an over-two-inch long wound on the victim’s head, and it was deep that it’d, cut into the skulls, that he was in life-threatening danger, and Cheng not just told the followers to beat him down, he’d also, hit the victim repeatedly on the head with a baseball bat, he’d used such force, and so, the judge charged him with attempted murder, threats, drugs, and use of weapon, and gave him nine years, and mandated that he pay $100,000N.T. in fines, and the other five months in jail, he can pay the money, to not spend any time for.
So, this is all because the young man wanted out, that still just showed, how easy it is, to get into a gang, but, getting out, that’s a whole different story, and the measures this man used, to torture the victim, was very cruel indeed!
