Accident that could’ve been, easily avoided, had the safety measures been taken, but it wasn’t! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
On the 12th, the Navy Marines Shooting Range at Linyuan conducted the shooting training sessions for the T91 Rifle, but, there was a man at least 1.5 kilometers away, Hou, who was working in the petroleum plant in Xiaogang District, felt sharp pains on his right shoulder suddenly, and started bleeding, and after he was taken into the hospitals, they’d found him to be hit with the ricochet bullets from the military training sessions, afterwards, the shooting range workers found four extra ricochet bullets, and they’d, turned them all into the police for investigation.
The factory plant later found, that other than the bullet that went into Hou’s right shoulders, there were, four other bullets, three were found on the floors, and the other broke a car window, and flew to the outside, but as to whether or not the five bullets all belonged to the same ricochet, the police and D.A. is still checking.
And so, this man who works in the factory that got SHOT, was only in the wrong place in the wrong time, and, who’s to have guessed, that on a MILITARY owned gun range, this sort of SHIT can happen, it’s just, an accident due to not paying enough attention to the safety measures, nothing more.
