A Man Had Raped a Young Boy, and Only Received Eleven Years in Prison, He Now Has, Fifteen More Years Added to the Eleven that’s Already Given to Him to Serve

The first sentence was merely, a SLAP on the wrist, and thankfully, this judge gave him a more severe sentence, after he’d repeatedly, molested more young children!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A former security guard, Ou-Yang had been accused of molesting a young boy multiple times, and took photos of the child nude, after he was released from prison, he’d, offended again; this April, he was sentenced to eleven years for certain, but the police discovered, that there were, four MORE young victims of his crimes.  The Taipei District Courts sentenced him to fifteen more years for sexually raping children, and taking sexually illicit photos.

The thirty-six year old male, Ou-Yang worked as a security guard for a high-end apartment in Xinyi District in Taipei, he’d taken the opportunity of looking after a child, and while the five young children were taking their naps, he’d taken the opportunities, sexually molested them, and took nude photos of the children too, he was sentenced to four years and six months, he was serving his time in prison.

In 2014, after Ou-Yang’s release, he’d met a single mother in Hsinbei City, and, was babysitting her son, and took advantage of the time he was babysitting, raped the young child, and took nude photos of him, he was given a jail sentence of eleven years.  And as the detectives and D.A.s offices sorted through the evidences, they’d found new developments.

The investigative officers confiscated thirty-five photo files from his home, with young boys’ body parts being photographs, the nude photos in general, nude photos when the children were asleep, and there were ones with Ou-Yang, kissing the young boys, and French-kissing them, there were photos of nude young children, lying on his groin, the police cross checked the photos, and confirmed that there were, four other young victims, the oldest victim was only eight, and the youngest being four.

The D.A. accused, that from May to September of 2014, Ou-Yang had seduced, and raped, sexually molested a total of four young boys, took the boys to his residence, raped them, then, took the photos of the children nude, saved the photos into his laptop, the D.A. asked the judge to give him a heavy sentence.

As the judge was reviewing the evidence, Ou-Yang denied the allegations, claimed, “I was only playing with them!”, and the defense also argued, that it was ordinary interactions shared between an adult and children.  But the judge believed, that in society today, the adults would not tongue-kiss the children, as normal ways of interacting, and gave him a heavy sentence of fifteen years.

But, we ALL can guess, what’s going to happen, fifteen years from now, when he’s released, he’ll be fifty-one, and he’d still be able to, sexually molest, even RAPE more young children, as we already know, that there’s, NO way that these sexual predators can and WILL be, reformed.
