How love became, MURDER, yet again! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
After a man, Wu failed in his attempts in getting his ex to get back together again, he took a folded knife to where she worked, and stabbed Chen ten times uncontrollably, was in a standoff with the police with the knife in hand, then, started mutilating himself afterwards; after the police got the knife away from him, they took both Chen and her ex to the hospitals, Wu only had superficial injuries, while Chen, because of the delay in the standoff with the police, she’d died, of her severe injuries, yesterday, the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Offices indicted Wu on murder charges.
The indictment stated that Wu (age 35), who worked as a security guard and later became unemployed, had been dating Chen (age 34) who’s a real estate agent for a little over a year, because after Wu lost his job, he’d not worked to find another one, they’d argued often, in July of this year, Chen broke up with him. Wu refused to leave her alone, harassed her by calling, using LINE, demanded that they get back together, Chen stopped taking calls from her cell, and blocked out the LINE accounts.
At ten on August 19th, Wu called customer services to the sales center where Chen worked, and she’d picked up, and asked him, “What do you want?”, Wu screamed, “I want to kill you!”, Chen shouted back, “if you come, I will call the police!”, then she hung up on him.
Early next morning, Wu rode his motorcycle to catch Chen as she was leaving work, he’d shown two folding knives, first, thrusted one into her chest, Chen turned around and ran, Wu caught up with her, and stabbed her repeatedly in her chest, and back, a total of ten times. Chen’s coworker, Liu attempted to get Wu to stop, and he was injured by him as well.
Chen who was covered in blood ran to the gas station next door for help where she’d fainted in the parking lot, the police were called, and Wu stood close to Chen, in a standoff with the police; after the police’s attempt to talk him out of what he was going to do failed for three minutes, Wu started stabbing himself in the abdomen repeatedly, and the police took the advantage, and subdued him.
As the paramedics rushed Chen to the hospitals, she was already dead. Wu suffered minor injuries, and as the police interrogated him, he’d admitted to losing emotional control, that was what caused him to murder his ex-girlfriend, the D.A. believed that Wu was cruel in the measures, that there was clear intent of murder, and prosecuted him on murder charges.
So, the life of another woman was lost, because of a bad breakup, and this was unemployed, didn’t work hard, just became a bum, and that, was why the woman wanted to break up with him, because she realized, that there’s nothing good about him, but this man refused to let her go, and, his love for her turned to revenge, as the break up happened.
