Sending Love to Her Using the Cell Phone, in Four Years, She Was Scammed for $2,000,000 N.T.

How desperate CAN you get???  Another LOVE SCAM, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A woman, Lin five years ago, met a part-time employee at a 24-hour super convenient store, Lu, she’d found that Lu was single and desperate for love, worked two jobs, to keep her mother well, believed it to be a great opportunity, she’d made up a male “Shih-How Chen”, and played the role as herself and the man she’d made up, started dating Lu for four years, and used an assortment of excuses, scammed Lu for a total of over two million dollars N.T., and bought high-end watches with the money she’d scammed.  On the first trial, Lin was sentenced to two years in prison five years probation for fraud, and during the time of her probation, she was mandated to pay Lu $20,000N.T. per month.

The verdict stated, that Lin (age 54, with prior arrests in theft) met Lu (age 46) five year ago, found that Lu was still single, claimed to her, that her husband works in China Petro and can introduce a divorced man, “Shih-How Chen” to her.

Lin played the roles of two, texted Lu using her false identity of “Shih-How Chen”, lied that he was “really into her, and willing to marry her”, and Lu fell into the trap.

After Lin found Lu to get hooked on, she’d started making up excuses starting in August of 2012, to scam her, the excuses include: needing help paying the mortgage, the mother’s hospitalization, red envelopes, needing to make a wire transfer to Japan to Chen’s mother, and the funeral processions of Chen’s relatives, and used the money she’d scammed to buy diamond rings, name brand watches, along with other extravagances of life.

The police found, that Lu was scammed out of ALL of her over one million dollars in savings, and took out a credit loan with the banks in $700,000N.T., and she was scammed a total of $2,152,200N.T.s.

During the four years that Chen had “dated” Lin, she’d never met Chen, she’d mentioned it to her neighbor, and her neighbor’s husband is a police officer, he’d told her she’d been scammed, but she’d not believed him, after the police intervened in the investigation, it’d dawned on Lu she’d been scammed.

This is what being too desperate for love gets you, SCAMMED!  This woman was too desperate to find love, and that, was why her “friend” saw an easy target in her and took advantage, and, even after the cops intervened, she’d still refused to believe, that the love she’d “found” was actually, a S-C-A-M!
