A Man Enticed the Mother of Two Handicapped Children, and in Front of Her, He’d Raped Her Daughter

A man, Tsao after learning that his neighbor, a single mother and her two daughters are handicapped, he was suspected of enticing the mother “let me touch your daughters”, with money, and took the advantage of driving them out in his cab, in front of the mother, raped the girl with his hands, and a few days later, he’d taken the girl to a motel to rape her; Tsao denied the allegations of rape, but the courts sentenced him to twelve years of raping someone who was mentally incapacitated.

The police investigated, that the forty-two year-old Tsao originally worked at a fruit vendor’s shop, where he’d met the victims’ mother, and after learning, that the woman, her daughter and her son are all handicapped, and couldn’t express themselves like regular people, he’d pretended that he wanted to help them out, got their phone number.

Not long afterwards, Tsao started driving a cab, he called the victim’s mother, and said he was willing, to give her daughter a lift for free, and had taken the family of three out from time to time; later on, he’d taken advantage of the mother of the victim, how she couldn’t think like a normal person, Tsao was suspected of parking the cab by the side of the road, and in front of the mother and the younger brother, he’d raped the woman’s daughter in the backseat, the victim cried out “NO”, and struggled to fight him, and her mother close by didn’t stop the rape.

A week later, Tsao got the victim out with him again, drove her to a motel, and raped her there; the victim after returning home, told her grandparents that her pubic region hurt, that, was when the family members realized, that something had happened, took her to the hospitals, and the examinations confirmed that she was, raped, and the family sued the cab driver.

So, imagine how much this young woman must’ve weathered through, until someone finally paid ATTENTION to her, and the young woman’s mother, because she was mentally incapacitated, that was why she did NOTHING, as the man raped her own flesh-and-blood in the BACK seat of his cab, and a loser like this, deserve to get CASTRATED, so there’s ZERO chance that he will ever be able to, take advantage of someone who couldn’t, and didn’t know HOW to fight back!
