The Attorney Was Beaten After the Rulings by the Judge, Three Days Later, He’d Died

The attorney, Ke-An Ju who was once the head of the Taoyuan District Court attorney, three days ago, he went to Taoyuan for a court case, was suspected of getting into an altercation with Yin-How Wu on issue of his bail, after the case was settled, he was beaten up and kicked repeated by Wu, he suffered head traumas, and was rushed to the hospitals, and the doctor, after attempting to resuscitate him until yesterday, he’d still died.

And because the attorney, Huang in Taoyuan went to Tainan for a court appearance in July on a divorce case, was rammed over and murdered by a car, and yesterday, the incident of attorney Ju’s getting beaten up and killed, a lot of the attorneys sighed on how practicing law became a risky business; the Taoyuan Attorney’s Guild also issued a statement, that “No violence shall be tolerated”.

The suspect, Wu (age 43), who’d brutalized Ju was prosecuted for attempted murder, and the courts mandated that the bail be set at $80,000N.T.s, and the district attorney’s offices are already, pushing forth against the settlement of the bail, after the deliberations of the district attorneys, they’d decided to charge Wu with murder or injuries causing death, and they’d planned to get the judge’s rulings tossed.

The investigators found, that Ju (age 60) graduated from the 20^th class of the justice schools, a little over a decade ago, he’d started practicing law, on the 19^th, he was asked to debate a court case on debts, he’d started an argument with the debtor, Wu, Ju questioned that the land that Wu put up wasn’t enough to pay for all the debts owed, they’d gotten into a huge verbal altercation.

The police pointed out, that after Wu left the court house, he’d waited for Ju at the breakfast shop close by the court house, as Ju passed by, he’d confronted him, and they got into a serious altercation.  Ju was beaten that he’d suffered a subdural hematoma, and after surgery, he’d still died, because of the severity of the injuries he’d sustained.

So, this, is how much VIOLENCE is currently in this world, because this man who was found to lose the case felt that it wasn’t fair, and so, he’d beaten up the district attorney, and, that just showed, how easily people still killed these days, and this man shouldn’t die, because he’d made a convincing argument in front of a judge and the judge ruled against the defendant’s favors!
