After Wu fired off his gun, he’d gone back to his residence to hide, and hollered that he was going to turn the gun on himself, and was at a standstill with the police officers who came to arrest him, the police first asked Wu’s cousins, as well as his high-school age son to go into the house to persuade him to turn himself in, even the district patrol leader risked entering into the house, but they couldn’t get him to disarm, until his elementary age daughter arrived home, and talked to her father, that was when Wu turned himself in, the police immediately took him in, and charged him on attempted murder.
