A ten-year-old boy from Yilan yesterday on his way home from school, was taken to a construction site and was sodomized by a man he was familiar with; the officers were called and caught the thirty-eight-year-old man, Chen, he’d admitted to what he did. The police will be charging him with forced sexual act today. Based off of understanding, Chen had been in prison for rape, he’d just gotten released this July.
“Uncle shoved something into my buttocks…” yesterday afternoon, the boy arrived home and started wailing, the mother found that something wasn’t quite right, and pressed it out of him, and found that Chen, whom her son knew took him to a construction site and raped him, she’d immediately called the neighborhood watch, took her son to the hospital to document his injuries, and reported it to the police.
The mother told, that this man would often hug her son, and her son thought it was the show of affect an elder has for someone younger, he’d not kept himself guarded at all, and he was, sodomized. She said with her heart wrenching, that the child didn’t notice the malicious intent of the man, and never mentioned, that an older man would hug him often, and in the afternoon, he’d asked the man to take him home too, but the man took him to the construction site, and raped him.
“Perhaps, the school had taught him how to handle it, he’d appeared, very calm”, the child’s mother told, that back then, the child didn’t struggle, “because he feared getting killed”; that he’d felt something sticky and wet on his butt, and still pulled his pants back on calmly, and had the man drive him home. Although the man had told him, “Don’t tell anybody about it”, but as her son got home, he’d told her, that, was how they were able to, catch him so quickly.
So, this man is a repeated offender, and, we already know, that there’s, NO reforming a PREDATOR, but, chances are, that this man would behave himself in jail, and get probated and, behaved himself on the outside for a while, then, start acting up and out again, and there’s NO stopping these predators, in short of NEUTERING them! This case showed, how although it’s someone that you may know, he may still have the malicious intents to hurt you, just to satisfy himself, and that’s how dangerous the world is getting, when you can’t even, TRUST someone you knew!
