Based off of the descriptions of the Humanitarian Foundation, an instructor from a certain technical high school in the city of Taipei was really off, he wasn’t just suspected for touching his students inappropriately, he was also responsible for having the student tie himself up, causing panics in the students, as well as the parents too. The principal of the school stated, that for now, as the investigations draw to an end, and they’re waiting for the papers to get filed, and after having the instructor signed the papers, they will, send the case of continuing to hire him, to fire him, to the Department of Education to decide.
Last year in March, there was a student who’d gone to the school, claimed that this particular instructor had sexually harassed her, but after the school conducted its investigations, they’d put “minor offense” down, and the Department of Education tossed back the requests of firing the instructor, and so the school only wrote the teacher up, gave him two minor reprimands, they were even planning, to have him start teaching again this year.
The Humanistic Foundation retold what the parents told them, that the instructor took advantage of the female student’s practicing the dance moves, and used his knee to bump into the female student’s buttocks; while his student was ill-prepared, he’d bear-hugged the male students from behind them; and wrote on the blackboard: “You can make more time, like you’re, making your cleavages show”, and “Chances are like penises, it gets bigger, if you dare take a hold of them”; he’d sent out “masturbating” as a message on LINE to the groups; through the birthday parties hosted by the class, he’d taken advantage to tie a male student up, then, smashed the male student’s pubic area with the shaving creams, and told the students to tie him up, turning the classroom, and the students, into his own sexual playpen; he’d also demanded the female students to feed him food as well.
Kuo, the parent told, that the school handled the matter in a very slow manner, and they’d not followed the executive procedures, that they couldn’t fire him when someone had complained about this to the school the very first time, causing the students to panic, the school didn’t even turn the reports of investigations for the parents to review either. As the parent went to school to inquire about it with the principal as well as the Department of Education, “they’d kicked the issues around”, and to this year, until another student filed FOUR complaints again, did the disciplinary official begin, to take the matter more seriously.
The principal stated, that currently, the school already put the instructor on a leave of absence, and punished the head counselor who didn’t file the reports properly, and the teacher was put on hold from teaching more classes in the new school semester, and now, the school board and the gender equality committee is reviewing whether or not they’re, to fire the instructor.
Wow, so that’s not enough, to just FIRE this LOSER yet??? What will it take? Oh I know, until this LOSER stopped shooting off his mouth, and start ACTING out his “sexual fantasies”, and some poor “little” student gets SCREWED, then the parents SUING the entire school, even the Department of Education, then, that should be enough, to FIRE this son-of-a-bitch predatory school instructor, right???
