A man, Lee early yesterday morning was suspected of playing with an altered gun at a bar, and the gun fired off, and the ricochet entered into the waiter, Chen’s body, and he’d died; Lee escaped from the bar, and two hours later, he’d, turned himself in, the police sent him to the D.A.s office based off of gun laws and murder charges, the District Attorney’s Office is already scheduling an autopsy, to clarify what caused the waiter’s death.
The police investigated, that Lee (age 34) took an altered gun to a bar with three other friends, as they were about to leave the bar at around three in the morn, his friend started playing with the altered gun.
Lee took out the gun, told his friend not to touch it, but, the rest of the group didn’t follow his orders, they started pulling, and the gun fired off by accident; at the time, the waiter, Chen who worked in the bar was just, passing by them, and the bullet entered from his left shoulders, he’d fallen down, and was rushed to the hospitals, but he still died.
As Lee and his companions realized what just happened, they’d scattered off. After the local police were notified, they’d sent the investigators out, and they’d found two bullet holes on the ceilings of the bar, after comparing the ballistics and the testimonies from the witnesses, they’d suspected that the bullet went through the ceilings, then, came back out, and, the ricochet had, hit the victim, and he’d died.
After Lee learned of what happened, at five in the morning, he’d taken the gun, and the bullet, turned himself in to the police; he’d insisted on that it was an accidental fire, that he’d not intentionally shot the victim. The Tainan District Attorney’s Office stated, that there was a bullet hole in the left shoulder of the victim, but from the external appearances, they couldn’t tell that if it was what killed him, that an autopsy today will help clarify the cause of death.
So, this is still, an issue of GUN control, and had gun NOT been so available to just about anyone who wants one, then, this tragic death of this innocence bystander may have well been, avoided, but, it wasn’t.
