Life, the Obstacle Course

On Distance

Thoughts that are, quite philosophical here, translated…

As the lambs grows older, the distance between them and the ewes became farther.  Two weeks ago, these newborn lambs were still, following their mothers closely, and as they were hungry, they’d started, suckling.  And now, these baby lambs, already learned to graze, no longer are they, staying close to their mothers, but they’d still, wanted their mothers nearby.  As you can imagine, they will all, soon be, independent.

On this change in distance, do the sheep mothers feel the same way as their lambs do?

So, this, is on growing up, and detaching from one’s own mother, and, there are going to be more and more distance between the mother and her children as the children get older, and one day, they will all, be living their separate lives, with the mothers being, only, a vague memory from their infancy years.
