Beware of STRANGERS in the world!!!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

“How are the fish biting today?”, three sea fishers came into contact with a stranger, and drank the coffee offered to them, and ended up passed out, and when they woke, everything that’s valuable on them was, gone; the police investigated and found, that the “bandit” was Huang, who was just released from serving time for robbery, as they’d followed the leads and came to arrest him, he was having a seafood feast with his girlfriend, with the gold necklace he’d robbed, the D.A. believed him to have repeated habits of committing the crimes, and the judge agreed to having him taken into custody.

The police investigated, that Cheng, the victims, and his two friends on the eighth of this month, went out to sea fishing, they’d started reeling at the shores of the Hsinda Harbor’s oil reserves.  At around five in the morning of the ninth, the sixty-six year old Huang started chatting with them, asking, “How are the fishes biting today?”  The three men thought he was an ordinary fisher just like them, didn’t keep their guards up, and they’d conversed together.

Not long thereafter, Huang drove to a super convenience store to buy some drinks, and handed the three fishers bottles of canned coffee; the three men weren’t alerted by this behavior, and took it, after they drank the coffees, they’d become, semi-conscious and grew limp; and Huang took the advantage, robbed all three men, took away $70,000N.T. in cash, a golden necklace, two fishing poles, and cell phones too.

The three men were out, for god knows how long, and when they came to, they’d gone to the nearby Chieh-Ding Substation to report what happened, the police reviewed the surveillance, and found it was Huang who was just released, and two days ago, they went to arrest him at his residence; back then, Huang was having a seafood lunch with his girlfriend, and wearing the gold chain he’d robbed from his victim, and there was only $30,000N.T. in cash he’d robbed them that’s left.  He’d admitted to what he’d done, said that he’d added sleeping pills into the coffees he got for them.

Cheng and the other victims recalled, that back then, they saw that Huang was genuine, thought that he was just a fellow fisher, that, was why they’d let their guards down; as they passed out, they’d felt someone, feeling up and down their bodies.

And because Huang had committed crimes using similar methods, and he was just released last month, the D.A. believed that he was malicious and runs flight risk, and asked the courts to have him taken into custody, which the courts agreed to.

So, this is, a crime of opportunity, and the motive being money, and this man would rather trick these fishers, doped their drinks, then, rob them, instead of working hard for his own way, and now, this repeated offender is going to get sent, BACK to jail, and hopefully, this time, he won’t be released so soon!
