This, hopefully, will bring about more awareness to the workers in this industry, to make sure that ALL necessary security measures were taken (i.e. car seats, safety belts, etc., etc., etc.) will be enforced, in the vehicles that were used in these sorts of tours, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The had been multiple accidents from these mountain racing runs already. The secretary of the county office of Manzhou, Chang stated, that the accident had occurred at the “168 Tracks” All-Terrain Park, which was a property of the Manzhou county, the driver and the Jeep were all legal, and had existed for over ten years, that there’s no specifications of how young children shouldn’t go on the rides; the county offices already closed down the race parks currently, they’re reviewing over what happened, and they felt regrettable toward the accident that killed the young infant girl.
The police told, that yesterday at around eleven o’clock in the morning, Chang took along his wife, his eight-year-old and two-year-old daughter, gone on the Jeep mountain track races; the four of them sat in the backseat, Chen carried his youngest daughter, sat behind the driver, Chen’s wife was behind the passenger side on the right, with their eldest daughter in-between them, but, on the way, an accident happened that had tipped the Jeep over.
The manager of the local police substation, Yo told, the driver Chang, claimed that he was dodging the water hole on the left, turned the steering wheels immediately to the right, and that, was when the Jeep flipped over by accident; all the passengers weren’t wearing seatbelts, and, were all thrown from the seats after the Jeep flipped over, the two-year-old youngest daughter flew out, and her head crashed into the roads.
The firefighters pointed out, that the driver, Chang had difficulties in his thoracic, Chen suffered a left femur fracture and injured his right shoulder, Chen’s wife had abrasions on the right side of her face and both her legs, the eldest daughter suffered an abrasion on her left arm; the youngest was severely injured, and they’d attempted to resuscitate her until 1:20 in the afternoon, then, the doctors declared her dead.
After the accident, the driver of the Jeep, Chang (age 33) was taken into the police station, he’d claimed, that he’d had over ten years’ worth of experiences doing these tours, and this was the first time an accident like this had, happened. He’d turned to the young girl’s mother, got down on his knees, and said, “I’m sorry, I’m so very sorry”; the child’s mother, cried, and consoled with him, to not drive these dangerous vehicles for tours anymore. After the police interrogated Chang, they took him in on operative negligence.
So, because there are, NO safety precautions on the Jeep, no seatbelts, no car seats, that, was why this child died in the accident, and this still just showed, how easy, it is, to overlook the importance of safety measures on your vacations, and, because you’d, overlooked the smaller details, that, is why this had, happened, and the price was the DEATH of a young child, and hopefully, this will serve as a warning, to all who works in these sorts of wilderness tours, to make sure they have the needed safety measures established, before they’re allowed to take the clients out.
