Wanting Someone to Die with Them, Strangled a Young Boy to Death, Both Were Sentence to Life in Prison, Case Closed

The reason for him murdering this young boy was simply because he didn’t want to “go” alone, uh, yeah, you’ve got to be SHITTING me here!!!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Jing Lee, because of being under enormous economic pressures, didn’t want to live, but wanted someone to accompany him to death, so, he’d targeted the sixth grade boy whom he’d known for two years, Lin, found his friend, Chen to strangle the child to death, then, he’d carried the child’s body, and attempted suicide by swallowing the pills, but he’d lived, on the first and second trials, the judges believed that the case didn’t qualify for “the Most Serious of Crimes”, sentenced Lee and Chen to life in prison, the Highest Courts maintained the rulings of the first trials, case settled.

Lin’s father was heartbroken over the murder of his son, as the closing statements were presented at the Highest Courts, he’d stated, “Life is filled with sorrows, and this being the greatest kind”, begged the judge to sentence the killers to death, and Chen called aloud, “I’m a Christian”, and told the father of the deceased to “not get the judgments clouded by hate”.  The D.A. criticized, “the nation should affirm the rights to live of children with the laws that punish the offenders severely.”

Based off of understanding, the family member of the deceased had asked the Highest Courts to evaluate the psychological wellbeing of the parents, to “materialize” the losses of the families, for the judge to consider; the reports from the psychiatric evaluation stated, that after the mother had gone to 58 therapy sessions, she’d still had thoughts of suicide, and the father’s trauma also showed “immense upset, sorrow, void, and despair.”

The verdict stated, that Tien-Hsin Chen (age 32) worked as a veterinary assistant, met Jing Lee (age 25) on a trip to Thailand.  Jing Lee felt overwhelmed with economic pressures, started contemplating suicide; he’d lied to Chen, that he works for a funeral home, “help me murder the child of a fellow funeral home owner, you would be half a million dollar richer”, and promised to make Chen a manager in his undertaker firm.

 and Chen took advantage and strangled the child, as Lee checked the child for vitals, he’d already become limp, and gave Chen the “okay”, to let go.  As the police were notified and found Lin, he’d been dead already.

The D.A. prosecuted Lee and Chen on counts of murder, the Hsinchu District Court believed that Chen was only following the orders from Lin that he’d murdered the child for the sake of employment status and money, and Lee’s parents were abused when he was just five, he’d started living on his own since after high school, and could only mask himself up, lure the innocent children, just wanted to “have someone to keep him company after he’d died”, both men had suffered from their childhood, and so, the judge didn’t give them the death penalty.

As the High Courts ruled the case, the D.A. although believed, that whether it be the psych evaluation or the statements from the court appointed psychiatrists, it’d not denied the fact of Lee having anti-social personality characteristics, and in 2014, he’d already raped over ten young children already, he should forever be separated from the society, asked for the DEATH penalty for him, but the High Courts still maintained the rulings of life-in-prison for him.

The Highest Courts believed, that in order for the death penalty to be implemented, then one of two criteria must be met, that murdering a child doesn’t necessarily warrant the death penalty, and Lee’s murdering of the boy was not on the same level as massacres, terrorist attacks, murder after torture, so he shouldn’t be sentenced to die.

If murdering a kid, because you don’t want to “go” alone doesn’t get you the DEATH penalty, I don’t know WHAT should!  I mean, this loser is clearly, OUT of his mind (qualifying him for the insanity plea???), and, his stating how he’d become a Christian still doesn’t do SHIT for what he’d already done, and he’d murdered this child who didn’t even do anything to offend him in brutality, and, yet, the judge believed, that he’d not done anything so awful, compared to someone who’d committed a mass-scale massacre???  Yeah, uh, where the F*** (pardon!!!) IS the justice in that, huh???
