The man, Wang who’d once won the accolades of being the “outstanding younger generation leader in Taoyuan” was suspected of physically abusing an employee’s five-year-old young daughter, shaving her head bald, after the district attorney interrogated the girl, her mother, and others who bore witness they’d asked the courts to take him into custody on the claims of child abuse; the young child’s mother stated, “it would be hard for us to forgive him”.
The D.A. investigated, that Wang was established in running a snack shop, and won awards for being an outstanding youth, last year, he’d hired the young child’s single mother, in July, as the shop was expanding, he’d told her that he was willing to watch the child, so her mother can focus on working.
The woman believed her boss, sent her daughter to Wang’s home, during the stay the child was insulted, beaten, and verbally abused by Wang, she’d started swelling up around the forehead, grew puffy in the eyes, had bruises on her thighs and on her face too. At the end of last month, the neighbors found the child’s head was shaved, and had shiners around her eyes, was covered in dirt, as they’d shown care and concerns toward the child, Wang quickly came, took the young girl away, so the neighbors notified the police, and rescued the child just in time, and got her hospitalized and placed.
The district attorney’s office of Taoyuan with the assistance of social workers and therapist, asked the child what happened, the child said, “I hurt where I pee”, “I was beaten and it’d hurt”, etc., etc., etc., the mother also stated, that she was, “distraught, never imagined that my boss can be this awful”, and the neighbors also testified that they saw Wang beating on the young child too.
Two days ago when the police took Wang into custody, he’d denied having physically abused the child, stated that the child was misbehaving and refused to get her hair cleaned, that was why he’d shaved her head; and the mother was present when the child was made to kneel and apologize for misbehaving, that he’d lost control, which caused the child to become injured that he wasn’t responsible for the accusations of sexual abuse of the child.
