Yeah, uh, it ALWAYS takes something like this to have happened, for the government to realize, oh wow, maybe, we should, CHANGE our policies…and yet, it’s still, ALL in HINDSIGHT!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
The police, in order to take a runaway migrant worker into custody, in the conflicts, the migrant worker was SHOT to death by an officer, this had gotten the community worked up: was it, an overuse of police force? Were the measures taken in accordance to what’s needed? Or, was the problem in the equipment given to the police out on the fields, leaving them with NO other options but to shoot? And, taking the runaway migrant workers into custody, is it really, within the realms of police officers’ job descriptions? All of these issues, we need to examine closely on.
The police officers who’d gone out on the streets on calls often need to face the threats of their safety or life, and when force is needed, it’s even easier, to raise high concerns on the matter of excessive use of police force!
The constantly changing on the site, surely wouldn’t be easy to reconstruct after the fact, and, the officers of the courts, the council representatives can truly understand what was going through the minds of the officers when the events occurred, which often caused misunderstanding on the officials, leading to people’s distrust in the justice systems, and the police too.
The Chief of Police International Board Council believed that a set of clear-cut rules with consistency should be, set up, as a guideline. And in January of 2017, they’d proposed a “system of actions consensus” for the nation’s police officers to follow, it’d become the rule-of-thumb of what to do when police fire power became absolutely necessary.
A lot of the officers who’d used improper actions at the scene of the crimes were mostly due to a lack of training in risk assessment management, and how they weren’t trained properly to react in the situations where crises presented themselves! Especially when there’s tension building up, the lack of being trained to respond, and the ability to think before reacting, is the causes of these shooting deaths.
Allowing the officers, to effectively and correctly handle the situations, to control the scenes, to help keep civilians safe and themselves safe too, effective handling the affairs of public safety, to reduce the instances of tragedies, should be the most pressing matter of the work of the police officers at this time!

So, because there’s this LACK of training the officers here to effective and how to respond to these situations where guns may be used out of necessity, it’s become very dangerous, for all unrelated bystanders, and, if you don’t already know, it’s more often than not, the BYSTANDERS who are going to suffer, as the perps were being, apprehended by the police forces. So, this, is absolutely necessary, in training the police officers to decipher which would be the right situation where guns are necessary, so, they don’t start using the masses as shooting range targets!
