A Man, Lin Five Months Ago, Insulted the Police, and Scratched the Officer to Injury, Was Sentenced to Two-Months in Prison, and He Can Pay His Way Out of Serving the Time; Yesterday He’d Gone to the Changwha D.A.’s Office to Pay the Fines, But the D.A. Found Him Having Threatened His Former In-Laws, and He’d Ranted Out to the Officers, Wouldn’t Allow Him to Pay the Fines to Get Out of Serving the Time, After Hearing This, Lin Became, Dumbfounded.
The D.A. stated, that Lin (age 41) five years and three years ago, was found guilty of threatening his former in-laws, and the courts sentenced him to serving time in jail. The D.A. believed, that Lin hadn’t learned anything, and was arrested this time, for obstruction of justice, and told the district attorneys, that he suspected that the police had planted ketamine as evidences against him, that was accusing the police for planting ketamine on him, and his behaviors were too atrocious, and the D.A. tossed back the ruling that he could just pay his fines and get out of serving time in prison.
The verdict stated, that in the morning of April 6th earlier this year, because his mother was driving his grandmother somewhere, and had a fender bender with someone, he’d rushed to the scene, and cussed the other driver out, and looked like he was about to get into a fistfight with the other man; the officer who’d arrived to look at the accident, Lo told him to leave, otherwise, he will charge him with obstruction of public duties.
After Lin left, he’d, ruminated, and road straight to the Fengyuan Police Subquarters, and called Officer Lo out, “I will come find you”, “I will have you transferred out of here”, Lo checked Lin’s status, found that he was driving without a license, and ticketed him. Lin became raged, and started ranting at Lo, “You bad cop”, “You’d have to watch your back when you go running now”, “All cops take kickbacks”, etc., etc., etc.
Lo arrested Lin in the act with obstruction of justice, Lin scratched and injured Lo, the police took him into custody, based off of his assault on an officer. The D.A. investigated, that in the case involving ketamine that Lin spoke of, he was arrested by another officer, and that Lo had nothing to do with it.
This, once again, is how IMMATURE people are getting these days, this man showed a total LACK of emotional control, and just lost it, attacked an officer, and he had priors in domestic violence, and this time, the judge wasn’t going to let him off easy, no siree!!!
