Allowed Her Boyfriend to Live Off of Her, Ended Up Losing Her Own Life

A man who resorted to murdering HIS girlfriend, because her parents wanted her to get back with her ex-boyfriend, and she’s thinking about it too, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The 28-year-old man, Wu used the claims of karma and past lives to trick Shen, a woman from a rich background to date him, believed that he didn’t get the blessings from the woman’s family, murdered Shen, accompanied her body for two days, then, wrote a suicide note on Shen’s behalf.  The Hsinbei District Court believed that Shen was looking forward to going to Hong Kong to see Aaron Kwok in concert, that she wasn’t suicidal, but took into considerations, that Wu was overcome with a psychological disorder and was stressed, gave him an eighteen year sentence for murder.

Based off of investigations, Wu hit on Shen who was four years his senior online, claimed that he’d sacrificed himself in a past life to save hers, that in this lifetime, he saw the bad spirits were haunting her again, he’d come to save her once more.  After Shen believed the lies, she’d started dating Wu last June to pay him back, and rented a home for Wu in Luzhou.

Not long thereafter, Wu came to Shen’s office to see her, Shen’s father said to his daughter, “He should be working at the office during this hour, he’s not too disciplined”, it’d made Wu believed that their love wasn’t blessed.

Last year on August 13th, Wu learned that Shen was going on a trip with her parents and her ex-boyfriend, Tsai, he was displeased, the very next day in the afternoon, after Wu took the sleep aids, he’d strangled her to death; for the two days following, he’d started by her body, and when Shen’s parents called, Wu LINED them back, “I’m fine, stop bugging me”, Wu also left a false suicide note on Shen’s laptop “Why are you against us being together, with my ex getting in the way, we’d decided to die together, to bury in the same locations.”

On the afternoon of August 16th, Wu took Shen’s cell phone, cash, gift certificates, drove the van she just bought back home to Hualien.  Shen’s parents couldn’t get to their daughter, went to her residence to check, they were shocked to find her body there.  The police used GPS tracking on Wu’s cell phone, arrested him the next day in a parking lot in Hualien.

During the trial, Wu claimed that it was because Shen’s parents were against them being together, she was too stressed that she wanted to kill herself, but worried that her families won’t get the insurance payoffs, that was why she’d asked him to kill her, then write a suicide note on her behalf.  After he’d strangled Shen, he’d attempted to hang himself, and burned charcoal, but his suicide attempts all failed, that was why he’d decided to drive back home to Hualien for one last look, then, kill himself.

The courts called Shen’s families, friends to the stand, and they’d all testified that she was very optimistic, happy, with NO signs of depression or was suicidal. her ex-boyfriend, Tsai also testified, that he bought the concert tickets when they were still together, as well as the plane tickets, that she was looking forward to it, and the judge believed, that Wu was responsible for murdering her.

So, because this man couldn’t cope with the fact, that his girlfriend was getting back together with her ex by her parents’ plans, so, he’d murdered her, and created this elaborate scheme that looked like she committed suicide, but all evidences pointed toward how she had a lot to live for, that she wasn’t, suicidal, so, he was found guilty, for murdering her because she was about to break up with him.
