A woman in Yunlin during the year 2000, was forced by the burglar to fellate him, the investigating officers took the DNA evidence, but they couldn’t get a match. A short while ago, Huang was arrested for breaking and entering, and robbery, and the DNA matched up to the rape from seventeen years ago, and he’d admitted to it, yesterday the Yunlin D.A.’s Office indicted him, and asked the judge for a harsh sentence.
The officers investigated, that the fifty-seven-year-old Huang was a known burglar in the Changwha area, he was suspected of driving to Yunlin in December of 2000, and found an opportunity to break and enter into a house under construction, he’d entered into the property with a knife, found a woman sleeping with her one-year-old infant, he’d robbed $2,500 she had, her golden wedding band, and threatened the woman, “Do you want your child to die, or, would you fellate me?”
After Huang successfully raped the woman and got away with the jewelries, he’d left behind a tissue with his semen, with his DNA behind, but, for seventeen years, there was no comparison samples and no matches; Huang was arrested for burglary in Changwha this month, and, the police compared the DNA, and found that it was a match for the rape and robbery from back in 2000.
The D.A. arrested Huang on the sixteenth, and Huang admitted to everything, the D.A.’s request of custody was granted; yesterday, the D.A. charged him with robbery and forced sexual act, and asked the courts to implement the harshest possible sentence.
The Yunlin District Attorney’s Office’s managing district attorney, Huang told, that the victim was severely impacted, was diagnosed with severe depression, and had attempted suicide three times, and they were glad, that before the twenty-year statutory period expired, they were able to catch the perpetrator.
So, you do something bad to someone, you WILL get caught, maybe not today, not tomorrow, or, anytime soon, but, you WILL get caught, because fate will NEVER let you get away with it, neither will your GUILTY conscience!
