The officer, Kuo from the city of Taichung was suspected of hinting a woman who ran a red to have sex with him in exchange, he won’t ticket her, he’d taken the woman someplace dark, and attacked her, Kuo denied having done this, said that he was only trying to console her, to calm her down, but the judge didn’t believe, and believed, that Kuo’s behaviors had greatly, destroyed the level of trust, the sense of respect that ordinary citizens have for the officers, the judge sentenced Kuo to six months in prison for the sexual harassments, with a fine of $60,000N.T.s, he can pay a fine without having to serve the time, and he can still appeal for a lighter sentence.
The Taichung City Police Department stated, Kuo (age 36) after the incident was already transferred, and had his hours of work limited, and he got pulled from traffic duties; based off of the rules, they needed to wait on the rulings of the case, and, Kuo may lost his status as a police officer, the city police department will decide what they will do with him, and implore the harshest punishment.
The verdict stated, that two years ago in October, Kuo stopped a woman who ran a red light on her scooter, she’d cried and begged him, “Can you please not ticket me?” Kuo told the woman, either that I give you a ticket, or you have sex with me, which one is it? The woman said, “Do I have another option? Do you want my LINE ID?”, but Kuo kept asking if she wants a ticket or would rather have sex with him, the woman didn’t reply, in the end Kuo, after getting the consent from the woman, he’d attacked her breasts, and the victim felt awful, and sued.
Another case, of POWER RAPE, this god DAMN OFFICER of the L-A-W (hello, hello, hello???) used his power status, to hurt a citizen, and, how do we feel safe, having these sorts of predators, masking themselves as police officers, running around the community, huh???
