A man, Lee, because his cohabiting girlfriend’s seven-year-old son didn’t agree with him being disciplined by him, he’d beaten the child up with steel pipes, steel hangers, or motorcycle helmet, to beat the child up, even used a towel to wrap up the child’s face, pouring hot water all over his face, along with other forms of cruel physical abuses, it’d, caused the seven-year-old child to die, the Hsinbei District Attorney used “horrid mannerisms”, “shocking” to describe the process which the young boy had been, abused to death, yesterday, Lee and the child’s mother were prosecuted for murder.
The indictment stated, that Lee and his girlfriend, had often used steel pipes, iron hangers to beaten the child up when he misbehaved, causing there to be multiple old and new physical injuries on him; on June 3rd, the boy didn’t do his chores, was beaten up by Lee, and told to sleep in the kitchens, the boy fought back, and early the next morn, he got beaten up again, was blindfolded by Lee with a towel, and hit with a fist, and kicked too, the mother was right next to them, not only did she NOT stop him, she’d even told him to pour the hot water all over the young boy.
After the boy was severely physically abused, he’d started bleeding internally in the stomach, and suffered ruptures in his internal organs, he’d died from the internal bleeding, and the shock, as he was lifted to the hospital, he was covered in bruises, on the corner of his lips, his chin, the thoracic, his groin, showed fifteen percent of second-degree burns. The D.A. believed, that the child’s death is related to the injuries that Lee, and his mother had caused.
In the interrogations, Lee and the boy’s mother admitted to hitting the child, claimed that he’d been a difficult child, that they’d lost control, that, was why they’d, started beating him up, that they didn’t think, that they were going to, beat him so hard he’d died.
Lee’s family confirmed, that he was naughtier than other children his age, the indictment from the D.A. stated, that the two adults didn’t know how to discipline the child, nor had they sought out professional assistance, that they’d beaten the child up long term, causing the ultimate death of the child, that they had, stripped the young boy of his right to grow up healthy, that there’s a need, for severe punishment for this crime.
Yeah, uh, NO matter how a child misbehaves, you still shouldn’t BEAT him up like this, but, these were, UNFIT parents, the adults here must’ve had some issues of their own, that when they’d started beating on this child who’d misbehaved, they’d, unleashed their angers from before, which was probably what’s caused them to hit him so hard, which in turn, killed him!
