For the sake of his future, he’d, worked, so hard, to suppress his dreams, as his dreams, were shunned, by his adult counterparts (those who claimed to know what’s best for him???). For the sake of his future, he’d, worked, so hard, to suppress his dreams, took that regular nine-to-five, in the corporate world, climbed higher, and higher on that ladder of so-called success.
But, as his position in the workforce got higher, and higher, his heart grew emptier by the day, until one night, he’d, reached deep into his chest, and, came up, with absolutely NOTHING: his heart had, vacated the premises of his ribcage!
For the sake of his future, he’d worked hard, to suppress his dreams, what he wanted to do, wasn’t in the CLOSEST vicinity of what he did for a living, but hey, what can he do? The job he has, pays a good living, provided for him, and his family, and with his children growing older by the day, they would soon, be needing those multi-thousand-dollar funding for their university education.
with the workload, piling up, sky high…not my photo
And so, he could only, put off his dreams a little longer, until, he finally, retires, from the DEAD-END grind (as he’d felt he was, going, nowhere fast, getting, STUCK in this job he wasn’t the least passionate about…), but, is there, a future, waiting for him? Maybe not, but hey, who knows, right???
For the sake of his future, he’d, worked hard, to suppress his dreams, well, you didn’t think, that those dreams were just, going to, lay themselves down into that shallow grave, do you? Of course not, they’d, come back to life every single nigh, and started, haunting him, in his sleep!

hard at work here…not my photo still.
