Another motorist accident that resulted in death, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A seventeen-year-old young man early yesterday morning, rode his motorcycle without a license, he was suspected of skidding while making a turn, fell off his motorcycle, and went into the lane of the oncoming traffic, and a truck couldn’t stop on time, ran him over, he was rushed to the hospitals, and still died; his girlfriend rushed to the hospitals, and stated, “I told you not to rush!”, his family was in distress over his death.

The police investigated, that the youth, Hsu at around three in the morn, rode his friend’s blue heavy motorcycle home, and, end of the slop in He-Feng Street in Keelung, he was suspected of riding too fast, and not pressing down on the motorcycle enough, that he’d lost control and skidded to the opposite lanes, back then, the fifty-four year-old Song pickup driver was coming toward him, and as he saw the teen, he couldn’t stop on time, and rammed him over.

Song got out of his pickup and saw the motorcycle underneath his pickup, with the parts scattered all around, almost completely destroyed, with the youth, Hsu lying next to it, unconscious, although he’d immediately called the ambulance, but as they took Hsu to the hospitals, he’d already, stopped breathing, after two hours of resuscitations, he’d still died.

The police investigated and found, that the teen, Hsu dropped out of high school, and didn’t go to school again, his father goes out of the town to work every single day, he only had his grandmother to accompany beside him daily; recently, because of summer vacation, Hsu kept hanging out with his classmates in school as well as his friends too, and he’d not told his family, and rode out without a proper license.  As the family rushed to the hospitals, they were all distraught, the grandmother blamed herself too, couldn’t believe, that her grandson had, died; Hsu’s girlfriend broke down and cried, “Told you not to ride out already!”

“There was no way I could’ve dodged him!”, Song, the pickup driver stated, back then, he was collecting the old clothes for recycling, but, there was, a motorcycle that came his way all of a sudden from the turn up ahead on the left, although he’d immediately slammed on the brake and turned his steering wheel to the rgith, but it was, still too late.  The police told, that after the adolescent’s motorcycle was stuck into the pickup truck’s wheels, it was dragged for about ten more meters, the dash cam corresponded with Song’s claims, and after the police investigated, they’d sent the case in as a vehicular manslaughter to the Keelung’s D.A.’s office to process.

So, this, is on road safety, the adolescent was speeding, and he’d lost control of his vehicle, and, fell, and the pickup driver saw him, but it was too late for him to turn away from the road, and this still showed, how dangerous it would be, if you speed, and, if this teen wasn’t riding too fast, then, his death could’ve been, avoided.
