I Can’t Wake Daddy Up!

Weekends here, spend more time with your young!  Oh wait, you can’t, you want to, sleep OFF your workweeks, don’t you???  Translated…

The two days of the weekend last week, my young son slept in until noon, had it not been me, waking him up, he probably will sleep into the afternoons.

We were guessing, that it’s because his dad is rarely home, the housewife stopped caring about money, and stopped turning the air-conditioning off at nine sharp, that, was why my child slept in?  But, anyways, dad had gotten the perks, on his day, he’d gotten several hours subtracted from his “work duties”, he could go out and jog with the dogs, play online games.  As a result, on Monday morning, my son decided to wake up at five in the morn for his breakfast, seems, that he’d only wanted to make troubles for mom.

I’d told my son, in a displeased voice, “Why only mom would wake up with you in the middle of the nights, early in the mornings to have food with you?”, he’d asked why?  I’d asked him, “Can you wake daddy up?”, he looked over at his father who’s fast asleep and snoring, said, “hmmmmmm, nope!”

So, this, would be what it looked like, for all you, fathers working the weekend duties of childrearing, you’d not spent enough time with your young during the workweek, because you needed to work, and by the time you get home, you’re, already wiped, so, it’s all of our (mommies’) jobs to be with the children, and on the weekends, it should be your turns to take the kids out, to spend more time with them, but, instead, you all choose to sleep in?  But hey, that, is just how it goes, because men work outside the homes too hard, well, here’s that NEWS FLASH: we women work in AND out of our houses, had you ever considered that, huh???
