And that would be, the GRIND, because you see your job as something that makes ends meet, there’s this lack of passion for what you’re doing, that, is why this is the attitude you took, toward heading into your interviews, and, the interviewers can sense that lack of enthusiasm from the applicants, and, surely enough, the applicants that are already, burned out will get scanned out first!
