On Re-entering the Workforce After Being Away from it…

Sometimes, due to whatever reasons that you couldn’t foresee (life’s circumstances…sigh…), you are, forced to, come out of retirement, and, this brand new workplace, may not be anything you were formerly, familiar with, but that’s okay, so long as you have the will to learn, and work hard, you shall, succeed.

People re-enter the workforce after being away from it might be caused by how the individuals felt that they’d been, detached (like being a stay-at-home-mom for so long, and now the kids are all grown up, etc., etc., etc.) from the workplace, but it’s okay, re-entering the workforce merely means, that you’d not quite settled about how life is right now, and you’d, wanted, that change, and, you’re, taking that very first step to make it all happen.

And yet, there may be some hardships that comes to those who are, re-entering into the “ring”, after being away so long, as the world is no longer the same as you’d left it, and, it’d become, faster paced than before, so, you would need to, adapt yourselves, into this, newer speed of things.

But, it really doesn’t matter, because if you have the will to learn, and you work hard, then, eventually (maybe not today, or tomorrow, or anywhere in the next few months to a year-ish???), your hard work will, pay off finally, and, you will have, gain that sense of self-achievement.

What better way is there, to challenge yourselves, by re-entering into the workforce, the point is don’t be afraid of being rejected, just keep sending those résumés in, and surely enough, someone will discover you, eventually, although, you may need to, wait for a short while before any kind of work that fitted to your interests, your areas of expertise become available, as this is still, a very highly competitive world that we are currently residing in…………
