As these, way too naïve, way too young (and might I add: way too DUMB!!!) children of well-known fairytales set out…
Hansel and Gretel, after being taken into the forests to DUMP by that DEADBEAT old man of theirs, couldn’t find their way home again, and so, they have, NO other options, but to keep on, trekking onward, deeper, deeper into the forest… “Where, will these stories take us?”, Gretel inquired to Hansel, to which, Hansel replied, “I don’t know, baby sis, guess we just have to, finish the journey our DEADBEAT father left us in on our own then???”

Where, will these stories take us? We’d gone on that ride on that magic carpet, and rubbed that lamp, with NOTHING coming out of it! We’d entered into the woods, tried fitting in with the Seven Dwarfs, but they’d, rejected us, for being too young, and how we couldn’t, make ourselves USEFUL to them (I mean, at least, Snow knows how to cook AND sew! What, can we do???).

Where, will these stories take us? Or, are we going to, wake up, out of these make-believe stories of how happily ever after always comes to those deserving of them, when in reality, life does NOT work that way, sometimes, we’d gone through the trials of our separate lives, and there’s, still, NO end in sight!

We’re already, half way through this god DAMN journey that got started, long, long, long ago, and still, the path in front is still full of peril, still winding like that python, and, I lift my head up, and can’t see ANY stars at night, only those monsters that comes out to play. So, where, will these stories take us, huh???
The stories, they don’t take you NOWHERE (and your point being???), life takes you to wherever it is you need to be! But sometimes, we get, too caught up in this F***ED (this is a CHILDREN’s tale, remember???) up world, we just, can’t see the light beyond those darkened clouds………
