An Adolescent Girl, Six Years Ago, Due to the Requests of Her Ex-Boyfriend, Helped a Servicemen, Kao, from the Airforce into a Room to Rest, and She Was, Raped by Him, the Highest Courts Found Kao Guilty of Rape and Gave Him Seven-and-a-Half Years in Prison.
Based off of understanding, the adolescent girl, after she was raped, she’d cut her originally long hair into a male’s hairstyle, hoped that she could “look more like a man”, disowning all of her female qualities.
The verdict stated, that Kao, who once served in the Airforce’s 737 Squadron, went to Taidong on May 14, 2011, to have a reunion with his family in Taidong, and raped the young woman who was only in the sixth grade. The adolescent accused, that as she’d gone to her then boyfriend’s place that day, there was a group of men, drinking medicinal alcohol, and her boyfriend told her that Kao just broke up told her to “keep him company for four hours”.
As the boyfriend left, he’d demanded her to help Kao into the bedroom to rest, she felt scared, but still did what she was told, and the moment she got to the doors, Kao pulled her in.
She’d accused, that the man started crying out of sorrows, and wiped his tears away with tissues, then, pulled down her pants; back then, she saw her boyfriend outside, but, he’d ignored her call for help.
Kao claimed, that when he was having sexual intercourse with her, she didn’t call for help, that afterwards, she rode with him on his motorcycle and left, that he didn’t, do anything against her will. The judge believed, that she was way too young, and, she may have been shocked, scared, and not known how to react, given her age when this had happened.
The judge thumbed through the adolescent’s blog, and found her to have written down, “How much hurt would I have to endure………How come, all that accompanies me is the pain…” “Ever since that day, I’d not actually slept at all, I feel scared, scared that whenever I’d closed my eyes, that scary scene would surface again…in those four hours, what, had I lost, I’m in pain, my body is NOT for the use of anybody else, I can’t even cry, I’d become, meaningless…”, it’d shown that the adolescent believed to have been betrayed, abandoned, felt helpless, and given up on herself, and not having the ability to reach out for help anymore.
The judge believed, that afterwards, the adolescent girl left the bedroom, saw her friend casually holding a conversation with someone, she’d felt so furious, just wanted to disappear, that, was why she’d left, on the defendant’s motorcycle, and later on, she’d, broken down, that all of this, would not benefit the defendant at all.
So, this, is because this young woman was way too trusting, and she’d ended up losing a vital part of herself, she was raped, “pimped out” by her boyfriend, and, not only was she dealing with the betrayals of her body, she also has to work extremely hard, to overcome the fact, that her boyfriend had, SOLD her out too!
