Using some creativity, to give new life to these small towns, putting them on the maps, as tourist attractions, from the Newspapers, translated…
Constructing the community no longer costs that much, a lot of the communities are getting creative, and with the manpower from the residents, making their communities beautiful, which attracted the tourists, and it’d created an alternative sort of business opportunity too.

The manager of the chapter of gardening community in the village of New Port, Chiayi, Chen returned home fourteen years ago to look after his elderly parents, but, he’d lost the sight of the village as it’d appeared from when he was younger, he’d started collecting the artifacts from the earlier times that were, thrown out. A lot of the locals treated him like he was a psycho trash collector, later on, he’d set up a vegetable garden museum in the village, and rebuilt the already gone Taiwan Sugar’s Bantou Station; this trend spread to the nearing communities including Bantou, and other areas too.
The Jing-Pu Community used the limited money they’d received from the local governments and built a community with colorful murals of cats, after someone posted the photos of the town, it’d become a sightseeing spot, with the tourists coming by the bundles, the manager of the community, Tsai believed, that in order to keep the communities going, there would be a need for a set-up industry, he had developed the LED lights that were recycled, made them into reusable lamps again, and set up a DIY course.

There was an alley in Tainan where people would dump their garbage too, but the person in charge of the borough, along with an elderly woman living in the neighborhood adopted one of the walls, and, used the recycled materials collected by the separate communities, to make art, turned trash into a tourist attraction, and many tourists went to visit there.

So, these, are the innovative thoughts that people had, of helping better the communities they were living in, and that still just showed, how it only takes a little thoughtfulness, a drive for change, to make things happen, and these originally desolate places, due to the imaginations, the creativities of the individuals, are becoming tourist attractions, and these towns are no longer, forgotten by the world.
