The reasons for this man committing murder is still, unknown, but, he does, have a history of mental illness, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
A man, Wu, used a wooden knife, and hacked the couple, Chen to death, causing one person to die, the other, severely injured. After Wu committed murder, he’d called the police, told, “I killed someone!”, but, the motives he’d told the police didn’t correspond to as he’d made the calls, the police are now waiting for Chen’s wife to recover from her injuries, and go into the station, to clarify the relationships between the three persons involved, after the interrogations, Wu was taken into custody based off of murder charges.
At around five in the evening yesterday, Wu (age 35) broke into the Chens’ residence, with a wooden machete, hacked and injured both the husband and the wife, Chen, the homeowner (age 67) was seriously injured, passed out on the first floor living room floors, Chen (age 65) was able to get the knife away from the suspect, Wu, ran outside and called for help from the neighbors, their first floor living room, couch, along with the floors outside of the house were, covered in blood.
The Taichung V.M.H. stated, that Chen died before he reached the hospital, that he couldn’t be resuscitated after they tried to revitalize him; there was, a knife would on Chen’s wife’s left forearm of about two centimeters, and they’d given her five stitches, she’s out of life-threatening danger.
The police said, that when the neighbors called, the suspect, Wu also called them, “I killed someone!”, admitted to hacking the couple.
Wu’s statements were inconsistent, claimed, that Chen had took advantage of him at work, then, changed the statements to how Chen made him do something that made him feel that he was, taken advantage of, which was what angered him, to kill him with a knife.
The father of the deceased told, that his father had been a vegetarian, and was good-natured, that he’d never even, cussed, he’d wanted justice for his father.
Yesterday, the police found Wu, the suspect’s older brother, and his older brother told, that his younger brother “had been acting weird daily”, he was unsure of the friends he’d made, but the younger brother had been diagnosed with bipolar, and depression, and was treated at the Guantien Hospital in Shalu.
So, we still can’t be sure, what made this man snap, but, he did, have a history of mental illness, and this, was probably a dispute of sorts that turned deadly, with one person dead, another seriously injured, and the suspect still won’t be getting away with murder!
