A man who was found guilty of sexually molesting his own daughter was given a probation sentence, last year, he saw how his daughter was becoming, he’d taken the advantage of the time when his own wife was away, and raped her again, threatened her, “You had better not tell, or I’ll kill you!”. The District Attorney’s Offices in Taipei indicted this predatory father on charges of forced sexual molestation and others, and they’d requested that the judge give him a heavy sentence.
Based off of investigations, the man is an devout Christian, after he’d molested his own young, he’d gone to the church to confess, and to repent, and before the D.A. prosecuted him, he’d had his lawyer draft up a confession on his behalf, retelling the accords of how he’d, raped his own young; he stated to the D.A. that he was remorseful, and that as he’d gone to church and thought about what he did to his own daughter, he felt ashamed “before God”. And because he was still on probation as he’d raped his own daughter this time, his probation was terminated.
Based off of understanding, this man was accused of molesting his own fifth-grade daughter five years ago, the District Court of Taipei believed that he’d molested her a total of four times, and gave him a year and eight months for each time, that he’d needed to serve a total of two years in jail, and five years of probation; he got his wife and child to forgive him, and still lived with them afterwards.
Last December, he’d taken the advantage of the time that his wife wasn’t home, he’d raped his own daughter, and she’d fought hard, and told him, “You can’t do this!”, but he’d threatened her, “If you tell, I will kill you!”
The daughter who was traumatized poured her heart out to her best friend, and her best friend went home, and told her own parents, and, the family reported this to the school, and that, was how it got known. As the D.A. called the victim to the stand, she’d clearly described how her father had, sexually abused her; she was severely traumatized, and placed out of her own home by the Department of Social Services now.
So, this, is how bad it’ll get, because this LOSER DEADBEAT father only got a SLAP on the wrists, because his own daughter had forgiven him previously, and it wasn’t enough, to make him stop, in fact, nothing short of having him locked up will be enough to get him to STOP raping his daughter, and now, he’s sent to jail, but, she will, NOT feel safe again, NOT for a very long, long, long time…
