Improper behaviors of a school instructor, and, even if you were in love, you still should’ve kept your distance, as she was, your student??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…
In a private high school, a married male instructor had an affair with a second-year female student, two days ago, as he called her out to break up with her, she was unwilling, she’d stabbed herself with a fruit knife on her left chest, after she had her sutures, she was in the I.C.U., being observed. Yang said, that on the way to meet with her, he’d bought the knife, and wanted to threaten her to break up with him, by cutting himself, but the female student was too emotional and used the knife on herself.
The police already took the male instructor and talked with him, took the knife as evidence too; but because the female student was still hospitalized, they will take her accords on the events after she gets better. The school stated, that, Yang had already sent in his resignation, and the school had approved.
The police investigation found, that Yang (age 32) married last year, and a little over a year ago, as he was working as a homeroom instructor in a first-year high school class, he’d fallen in love with a female student. A short while ago, a female writer’s suicide had caused the discussions of the predator instructors, Yang felt ill-at-ease over how he had emotional connection with the female student, two days ago at four in the afternoon, he’d asked the student to a park, to discuss breaking up, and bought a fruit knife on the way, wanted to mutilate himself, to force her to break up with him.
As they’d discussed the matter inside his car for about half an hour, the student refused to break up, and took up the knife he put in his car, and stabbed herself time and time again on her left chest. Yang immediately took her to the E.R., the female student, as she was rushed in to the hospital, was still lucid, and the doctors examined her, and there was a two centimeter wound on her left chest, and she was suffering from pneumothorax.
The school told, that Yang had been working in the math department for two years, he’d done normally, and last October, he’d married a coworker.
The school didn’t know that Yang was dating the student for about a year until two days after the student was injured; the school will set up counseling sessions for the student, to help her get over the love.
Yeah, but it didn’t say, if the instructor was fired or not, I mean, having ANY sort of less-than-professional relationship with one’s student is wrong, and yet, this man let it go too far, and, this adolescent, because she felt heartbroken, had stabbed herself, the adult SHOULD have handled the matter better, but he didn’t!
