Her Husband Was Displeased at How She’d Called the Domestic Violence Prevention Hotlines, He’d Run Her Over with a Car & Killed Her

A restraining order that wasn’t filed with the courts, not that it would’ve made a whole lot of difference, had this abused woman filed for it with the courts! Domestic violence that ended in murder, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Huang, was displeased at how his wife, Hsieh had called up the domestic violence prevention hotlines and made threats on him, yesterday morning, he was, full of anger, and drove into his wife, and children, and murdered his own wife, Hsieh by his vehicle. The police looked into the matter, and found that Hsieh had reported ten incidents of domestic violence just this past year, that two days ago, as they’d appeared in court, Huang called Hsieh up, said that “we will both die together”, and the tragedy had, occurred, yesterday.

it will only get worse, because you don’t do ANYTHING about it!!!  Not my photograph…

The lecturer at Jing-Yi University, Wang stated, that without a restraining order on such cases of domestic violence, it would, END even worse, that by using the law, to show, that the abuser needed to be charged with violence, can effectively, scare the individual off somewhat; but, there’s, that need, for the victims, to set up a protective network with the families and the relatives, as well as one’s own friends too. She said, that as the married couple learns how to interact with one another, it would be, very difficult, to break the pattern of interactions, that they’d needed, outside help, friends, volunteers, and professionals, for the change to complete.

The police found, that the 56-year-old woman, Hsieh, when she was only eighteen, she’d married Huang, they have two sons together, but Huang has a bad temper, the two of them fought a lot; once after he got drunk, he’d, choked her by the neck, and would cuss her out, they’d separated for a short while, about six months ago, Huang asked Tseng to move in, to the trailer he’d owned.

Yesterday morning, the fifty-eight-year-old suspect, Huang started spatting with the deceased, and saw she was talking to her two sons in front of the family-owned factory, he’d driven his pickup, rammed toward them; the two sons jumped away, but, Hsieh couldn’t dodge the truck in time, was killed. Afterwards, Huang was dragged out of his vehicle by his two sons, he had multiple contusions, and attempted to drink pesticides to commit suicide, but, his sons stopped him. The D.A. asked the courts to take him into custody based off of murder.

it’s never what it looks like, in these sorts of interactions…NOT my photo…

The assistant director of the Social Services Department in Changwha, Wang stated, that the family is a long-term counseled family of the social services department; in 2013 to 2015, Hsieh had filed for a restraining order, and the social workers helped counseled both, and, they were, getting along, so, Hsieh didn’t get that restraining order filed with the courts fully; in January of this year, Huang’s threats toward her was being ruled by the courts. Wang said, that although the restraining orders can restrict the behaviors, but, the couple should still, seek out counsel, and therapies; for the situations to improve for the better.

So, just like ALL the other cases, there’s, that trigger, for someone, to CRACK, and this man had, let his anger get to his head, and in that moment he’d felt furious, he’d, run his own separated wife over with his truck, and this woman had, filed for a restraining order, it’s just, that she saw he’d made a temporary change, she’d, withdrawn the restraining order she’d asked the courts to protect her from him on…
