A sixty-eight-year-old vegetable farmer, Huang next to the chicken coup he’d owned, he’d dropped his pants and sexually molested a thirteen-year-old neighbor adolescent girl, the grandmother of the adolescent found out, she’d pressed charges; later on, he’d settled with her family, and, paid them $1.5 million N.T.s to escape a harsher sentence, and was sentenced to two years in prison for forced sexual molestation of the adolescent, and five years’ probation and, assigned a forty-hour volunteer service terms, along with attending an education forum on what he did mandated by the law.
The verdict pointed out, that he and the adolescent were neighbors, that she’d called him “Grandpa”; on the afternoon of October 8th two years ago, the adolescent accompanied her grandmother to the vegetable garden, the elderly was plucking the vegetables, while she was playing close by.
Huang was accused to forcefully sexually molesting the adolescent while her grandmother wasn’t watching, the victim broke away and ran to the chicken coup, Huang followed behind her, and, took off his own pants, and forced the adolescent to touch his genitals. And, because the adolescent’s grandmother couldn’t find her, she’d walked out of her vegetable gardens, and saw Huang and her granddaughter standing by the chicken coup, and Huang was putting his pants back on, zipping up the zipper, the grandmother asked the adolescent and learned of what happened, and immediately called the police.
As the D.A. interrogated Huang, he’d denied the allegations of sexual molestations, it wasn’t until he was taken to court, did he admit it, and stated that he will pay for what he did to the victim, as well are her families, and begged for forgiveness; during the time of Huang’s trials, he’d reached a settlement with the family of the adolescent, and paid $1.5 million N.T.s.
The judge believed, that Huang had NO prior records, that he felt the urges, and had done something awful, considering how he’d already reached a settlement with the family of the victim, and was remorseful toward what he’d done, the judge reduced his sentence to two years and he is on probation for five years; and, in order to keep Huang on the right tracks, and to NOT offend again, the judge also mandated that he gets sentenced to forty hours of volunteering, and mandated him to attend a seminar on education.
So, because this old HORN-DOG admitted to what he’d done, and managed to settle with this teen’s family, that, is why he’d gotten, that SLAP on the wrist, and so what IF this was ONLY his first time, who’s to say, that he won’t do it again, and, that, is just, dangerous, for everybody, I mean, would you like to be neighbors with someone like this elderly loser here??? I surely wouldn’t!
